At the 34 NOLA TIF schools, teachers in all subjects as well as administrators will be evaluated based on multiple observations. The evaluations will allow school leaders and organization administrators to provide rigorous assessments and aligned support designed to enable teachers and principals to become more effective educators. Teachers or administrators evaluated as top performers or whose students demonstrate impressive academic achievement will be eligible for a performance-related bonus.
At KIPP New Orleans, 100% of teachers at all 9 of our schools are a part of the NOLA TIF program. For more information about the TIF program, contact onboarding@kippneworleans.org .
By championing professional excellence with a focus on student achievement, the NOLA TIF program will support the continued drive toward excellent public schools for every child in New Orleans.
