Recruitment Events and Open Houses

KIPP New Orleans Schools welcomes educators from New Orleans and beyond to visit our schools throughout the year. During these events, KIPP teachers and leaders take the time to discuss the principles and practices that make KIPP schools successful.

Visiting educators are invited to observe classes, eat lunch with students, and debrief their visit with KIPP staff. Whether or not someone decides to apply for a position with our team, our beliefs, values and goals at KIPP are shared as widely as possible.  At KIPP New Orleans, we believe that every student deserves a chance at college – and our teachers and staff do whatever it takes to help each and every student get there.
